Sarah is a Senior Occupational Therapist that specialises in neurological conditions. Sarah graduated from the University of Canberra with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and meets current unconditional registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

She has worked within healthcare for over 10 years and has gained extensive experience in the rehabilitation and acute neurological/medical/surgical care settings in both Public and Private Hospitals. She has also gained experience in the community sector with rehabilitation of neurological conditions and with mental health conditions.

Sarah currently holds a senior position in the Acute Stroke Unit at Calvary Hospital and is currently engaged in research within this role to further understand the relationship between stroke and cognition. 

Sarah is delighted to offer her services and expertise through ACT Neurology Centre as the principle Occupational Therapist. 

Sarah has experience in working with a range of neurological conditions, cognitive disorders, falls and many other age related conditions. She also has experience in neurological and physical rehab, cognitive assessments, therapy and interventions, upper limb therapy, home modifications, equipment prescription and improving daily living skills.

Sarah has a passion for working with her clients and their supports to create specialised interventions to improve a person’s quality of life and wellbeing through engagement in what’s important to them.
